Technical Recruiter- BreadFast
• Identify, recruit and source all candidates serving the Technical & Product team.
• Conducting Phone Interviews, CV’s screening, filtering, and initial Technical \ HR interview.
• Responsible for coordinating the overall interviewing cycle with the technical lead.
• Actively work toward building a diverse and qualified Tech team to support the organization’s goals.
• Participate in meetings with Tech leads hiring managers to determine vacant positions and the
preferred attributes for potential hires.
• Network in order to build a database of suitable candidates.
• Conduct the hiring process of the Tech & Product team.
• Coordinate with personnel function in recruitment process assuring proper approvals; disseminates
• Help in maintaining and conceptualization of policies and procedures that complies with the
company’s working environment and labor law.
• Reviewing, updating, and maintaining the new employees’ records and database.
• Provide feedback to management about details regarding the candidates.
