Media Team Leader

Job Responsibility

  • Leadership of and accountability for strategic / operational elements of KPI setting, media reporting, visualisation, and effectiveness measurement
  • Set and measure operational effectiveness / ROI through Media Mix Modelling / Digital Attribution solutions (using global partner), establishing best practice methodology, use of technology and partners
  • Budget control
  • Manage and develop in-house media reporting capabilities (investment, campaign performance, effectiveness),
  • Develop smart and insightful dashboards and reports tracking performance across channels to promote data-driven decision-making and optimize conversion
  • Provide budget management / setting support

Required Criteria

  • Ability to maintain focus and drive over prolonged development periods
  • Experience working with data and reporting functions of ad technology platforms, i.e. AdWords, Business Manager, Twitter, etc., ad server and DSP platforms, i.e. Adform, DBM
  • Good knowledge of analytics, tracking tag management / implementation. Experience of working with DMP’s advantageous.
  • Experience with analytics software ( Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics etc.), building reports, testing and optimization, campaign analysis
  • Very strong statistical Analysis background.
  • Structured approach to gathering and representing data
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
