Sales Administrator, Egypt

Main Accountabilities

  • Handle clients´ daily inquiries
  • Create and communicate price offers to clients
  • Book contracts and ensure signature of contracts
  • Communicate customer requirements (documents, labels, shipments, etc.) to BLC production facilities
  • Handle import related matters with internal and external parties
  • Regularly monitor and update sales forecast and shipment schedules
  • Arrange sample requests in coordination with A&TS
  • Create and update sales opportunities in Salesforce
  • Handle clients´ QA requests
  • Pro-actively monitor clients’ payments


  • Experience managing customers
  • Commercial sense and business knowledge
  • Service mindset, knowledge of how to provide high level customer service
  • Knowledge of supply chain and logistics
  • Team player

Knowledge and Technical Competencies

Commercial sense and positive attitude

Logistics and supply chain knowledge

Good knowledge of IT systems


Minimum 5-year Experience In Logistics Or Sales

Business or logistics degree

Fluent in English (Verbal and written)
