Reward Sr. Specialist
- Insure and implement all programs and plans that support Reward and Recognition.
- Create, Develop, enhance and maintain Reward policies and procedures by ensuring they are re-visited periodically.
- Suggest and assist in developing reward strategies ensuring they are aligned with company and HR priorities and objectives
- Monitor the efficient implementation of reward policies.
- Supervise and revise participating in salary surveys and develop analysis to ensure our position to market is reported accurately.
- Suggest remuneration schemes which maintains a competitive position within the market ensuring we retain and attract top talents.
- Monitor and ensure efficient use concerning late hiring, savings and accruals.
- Planning and Preparing the annual Salary Budget
- Ensure and Provide related bonuses budget accruals to finance.
- Planning, creation and implementation the annual increase for the company with group reward team & HRBPs.
- Suggest packages for new hires on job offer proposals based on VFEG salary scale, market practices and peers ensuring internal and external equity is maintained
- Ensure timely delivery of monthly reports to include transfers, salary adjustments, change of titles or change of commission scheme.
- Work with the group reward team with regards to Vodafone Share plan (GLTR) & making the necessary budget for it.
- Manage Awards budget and create the awards monthly dashboards for HRBPs& HR management/
