MisrAqarya A well known Brokerage company is now hiring Operation Specialist
-Followup sales daily reports and send to relevant departments
-recording,updating and following up CRM Database
-suggest-create procedures and techniques to maximize CRM data
-Approach new prospective developers.
-Acts as a core link between company and developers.
-Signing contracts with development companies
-Follow up, extract and assigning sales leads to sales team
-Report and follow up on Leads numbers, source and efficiency.
-CIL data entry for all sales team
-Open and maintain new accounts for sales consultants
-Handling the operations on CRM (Adding Leads on CRM. Assigning Leads to the sales team, follow up the feedback and sales comments, the rotation of the lead…)
-responsible about resale department( book units from owners)
-Creating and developing sales reports regarding generated leads and quality control
-Any other requests to be performed on the CRM system
-Other duties as management may assign.
Experience from 0 to 6 months of experience as operation or sales admin
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Computer Oriented (Word – Excel – outlook)
* Females only.
* Ability to work in team
*Graduated from reputable University
*preferably owns a car
