Operation Specialist is needed for Capital for Real Estate (Brokerage company).
Job Location: New Cairo
Working hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Friday and Saturday OFF
Responsibilities:
- Supports the sales department in its daily work flow and sales analysis.
- Generate the company’s sales reports and track them versus objectives / budgets.
- Compute and issue sales/lease commission to the company’s different sales channels.
- Develop and maintain an automated inventory.
- Create, implement and ensure the efficiency of the sales operational work flows.
- Manage company’s inventory while providing the required infrastructure to ensure a smooth operation.
Qualifications:
- Females only.
- Proficiency in English.
- Bachelor’s degree is a must.
- 1 year of experience at least in real estate field.
- Good in English & MS Office
