Sales Operations Specialist


  • Entering Quotes and Sales Order entry one Shop
  • Dealing with credit control on releases and Checking status of order at all stages up to receipt to our warehouse
  • Informing sales of order status and lead-times
  • Backlog Status, Inventory Status – information to sales
  • Supporting credit control queries which relate to operations
  • Order dispatching and full logistics coordination.
  • Managing team as main part.
  • Plan operation strategy for sales operation to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Update operation policy one it needed to meet the business requirements.
  • Revise customer PO & payment before proceeding.
  • Follow up with compliance team for any approvals which are related to internal system.
  • Ensure the internal process meets the expected SLA.
  • Make daily invoicing report to manage the serial of invoices.
  • Give induction to the new employees to know our internal process.
  • Make sales returns.
  • Inductions Presentations.



  • You must be highly motivated, possess a positive attitude and have excellent organizational skills
  • You must understand customer business needs and priorities.
  • You must be Pro-active approach to daily responsibilities and Excellent communication skills
  • Computer Literate using Microsoft Office, Excellent Time Management skills and Excellent command in English
  • You must have Leadership skills
