𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
– Write and post job descriptions on career websites.
– Source candidates by using databases and social media.
– Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters.
– Conduct phone, Skype and in-person interviews.
– Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to the clients.
– Follow up with the clients and attend the final interviews in case needed.
– Help the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions.
– Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods.
— Attend job fairs and career events. Follow up on client’s visits whether existing or potential clients, by answering their inquiries and needs regarding accommodation, transportation and other matters that must be dealt with.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
– Proven 1:3 work experience as a Recruiter ( Tech Recruitment Experienced is Plus)
– Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search)
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Strong negotiation and influencing skills
– Effective time management skills
– 2 days off
