Internship – Customer Operations

Jon Role: 

S/he will help building, tracking and managing the customer promise charter and delivery experience satisfaction for Jumia Food to deliver a superior customer experience and create obsession on promise compliance within the team.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and improve all aspects of customer promise:
    • Provide support on development and implementation of proactive plans to enhance the customer’s experience on promises made by Jumia
    • Support on monitoring and improving all lead-times and SLAs for consistency and accuracy
    • Continuously help to improve the promise guidelines and the service recovery process
    • Contribute on daily performance steering and Root Cause Analysis


  • Strong written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills required.
  • Must display maturity and a high level of professionalism.
  • Demonstrates acceptance of responsibility, shows pride in work performed,
  • demonstrates flexibility and acceptance of assignments and schedules.
  • Maintains professional behavior and appearance. Exhibits dependability.

Technical Requirements:

  • An ideal candidate would experience on CXP projects or business operations
  • Top Business / Engineering Schools and Universities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
  • Minimum BSC degree in any field
