Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through online channels
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls and in-person interviews
- Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs
- Attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
- Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience
- Liaise with the People team regarding new hires, to make sure they receive an excellent onboarding experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant study
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting
- Experience in hiring Blue Collars is a huge plus
- Recruitment and Selection Certificate is must
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility with moving between the Head Office and the Warehouses
