- Understanding of Operations/Customer Management.
- Strong organization/communication skills.
- Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Very good English.
- Responsible for client reservations and confirmation.
- Handle Online / Offline Customer queries, and complaints and resolve issues.
- Responsible for the operational and accounting activities of the Space.
- Responsible for delivering excellent customer experience.
- Ensuring smooth running operations and Space maintenance.
- Implement operational activities communicated by the Space Manager.
- Reporting to the space Manager all activities happened throughout the month.
