Job Summary: 

As a People Ops Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring employees’ records are complying with labour and insurance laws as well as MaxAB internal policy.

Job Description: 

  • Maintain a variety of employment files and records
  • Maintain and update employee records consisting of benefits records, employment history records and existing employment status
  • Processes new employees, employee terminations, leaves of absence, and other personnel actions, using appropriate forms
  • Filing forms 1, 2 and 6
  • Maintains confidential examination and applicant files
  • Explains department personnel policies and benefits to new employees
  • Assists in the statement of employment or notice of appointment contracts
  • Act as a mentor for the department’s new hires when needed


  • Must-Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (law and human resources are a plus)
  • 2 – 5 years of relevant experience in personnel
  • Excellent knowledge of labour law
  • Very good command of the English language
  • Preferable:
  • FMCG Background
