– Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts.

– Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships

– Strategizing and presenting ideas to stakeholders

– Defining product features according to customer needs.

– Communicates client needs and demands to the Engineers and Operation team.

– Keeping customers informed of the status of the product.
– Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts
